School open day
A short, cheerful booking form for a school visit. The starter is a welcoming page for The Green Primary. Keep the Open Yard theme and rename the school for a quick start.
When to use
- Collecting bookings for an open morning or a short school tour.
- Recording who is visiting, the child's year group, and an appointment time.
- Starting with a welcoming page design instead of a blank form.
